Banana Blossom Paella

Banana Blossom Paella

Banana Blossom is a flower that grows at the end of a cluster of bananas. Not something I have cooked with before but it works really well with the dish with a texture similar to artichoke. This is based on a Sainsbury’s Recipe where I also bought tinned Banana Blossom. My two children really enjoyed making Banana Blossom Paella for the family whilst I monitored.

The best thing is they both enjoyed eating it too, rather surprising as they thought the Banana Blossom looked a little gross!
